Action Figures Japan may offer pre-orders for selected products.

We do not offer subscriptions or try-before-you-buy programs unless explicitly stated on the product page.

Pre-orders

When you place a pre-order, you are reserving an item that is not yet in stock or not yet released.

Estimated release dates, restock dates, and shipping schedules for pre-order items are subject to change.

Pre-orders, special orders, and allocated items are non-cancellable once confirmed, unless otherwise expressly stated on the product page or required by applicable law.

Once a pre-order has been packed, handed over to the carrier, marked as shipped, or otherwise entered the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled.

Delivery dates shown on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to manufacturer delays, distributor delays, allocation changes, customs clearance, courier delays, weather, public holidays, security restrictions, regional instability, force majeure events, war, sanctions, rerouting, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping delays after dispatch are not grounds for cancellation or refund while the order remains in transit.

If we are unable to supply a pre-order item at all, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include cancellation and refund for the unavailable item.
